Preorder Estimated Delivery Dates

Every preorder item will have its own estimated delivery date (ETA) clearly listed within the individual product description.

Preorder timelines may vary from item to item, so please be sure to carefully review the product description for each item you are purchasing before placing your order. The ETA listed for one preorder item may not apply to another.

Estimated Timelines

All preorder delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. While we work closely with our manufacturer to stay within the provided timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to production, shipping, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your preorder, we will do our best to communicate updates as soon as possible.

No Cancellations or Refunds on Preorders

All preorder sales are final. Once a preorder has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds for preorder items.

Preorder quantities are ordered based on customer purchases and are specifically secured for you. By completing your purchase, you are committing to your preorder and acknowledging the estimated delivery timeframe provided in the product listing.

Please carefully review your item, size, style, quantity, shipping information, and listed ETA before completing checkout.

Orders Containing Multiple Preorder Items

If your order contains multiple preorder items with different ETAs, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship. Please keep this in mind when purchasing multiple preorder items with different estimated delivery dates.

Preorder Items + Ready-to-Ship Items

If you purchase preorder and ready-to-ship items within the same order, your entire order may ship together once the preorder items become available. If you would like your ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

By purchasing a preorder item from Little Lillie’s, you acknowledge that you have:

• Reviewed the specific ETA listed in that item's product description

• Understand that the ETA is an estimate and delays may occasionally occur

• Understand that different preorder items may have different ETAs

• Agree that preorder orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed
