Return/Exchange Policy

At Little Lillie’s, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love every piece you receive. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities or through preorders, please carefully review our return and exchange policy before purchasing.

Eligible Returns

Returns will only be considered for items that arrive damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue.

We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, change of mind, ordering the wrong item or size, normal wear and tear, or damage that occurs after the item has been received or worn.

Damage Review & Approval

All claimed manufacturing defects are subject to review and approval by Little Lillie’s. We reserve the right to review the claimed damage and determine whether it qualifies as a manufacturing defect before approving a return, exchange, or store credit.

We may request photos or additional information regarding the damage before authorizing a return.

Returning Your Item

If your return is approved, the item must be shipped back to Little Lillie’s for inspection. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and must not have been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise damaged.

Receiving a returned item does not automatically guarantee approval. Little Lillie’s reserves the right to inspect the item upon receipt before issuing an exchange or store credit.

Store Credit Only

We do not issue monetary refunds for returned items. Approved returns will receive store credit.

Store credit may be used toward a future Little Lillie’s purchase or toward an eligible ready-to-ship item currently in stock.

Exchanges

If we have another item in stock that you would prefer to receive in place of the damaged item, we will be happy to accommodate an exchange when inventory allows.

Exchanges are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Preorder Items

Because preorder items are produced and ordered in limited quantities, we may not have additional inventory available to replace a damaged preorder item.

If the exact preorder item is unavailable for replacement, you may:

• Receive store credit to use toward a future Little Lillie’s purchase, or

• Apply your store credit toward an available ready-to-ship item currently in stock.

We cannot guarantee that the same print, style, or size will be available once a preorder has closed.

Final Approval

Little Lillie’s reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as having a manufacturing defect. Items showing signs of wear, washing, improper care, accidental damage, or damage unrelated to manufacturing may not qualify for return, exchange, or store credit.
